Our team is committed to providing high quality results and we are constantly upgrading our equipment and knowledge of the team to keep abreast of the latest. For example, we are among the first few centers in India to provide you with risk assessment in early pregnancy scans as per Fetal Medicine Foundation, UK (a not–for –profit organization for promoting fetal well being). We have doctors trained as per FMF norms. We understand that time is important, however, this should not be at the cost of quality.
Hence, we have made a protocol according to which majority of reports are on time, however, in case of any doubts, tests may be repeated at no extra cost to the patient. This is for good of patients and can sometimes lead to some reports being delayed – please bear with us. This happens in about 1-2% of samples and this delay cannot be reduced without compromising quality, which we are not ready to do and we are sure you will understand. This is a part of out "quality first" motto.
We offer e-mail of lab reports and web based reports to save your time – you need not waste time, effort, money to come back to our center for reports. However, some reports which involve physical films, like CT scan, x-ray, etc cannot be included in this list for obvious reasons.
